Product shipments are processed regularly within a maximum of 48 hours after your order is placed.
In general, orders are delivered within 8 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking the link “View my order.” You will find this link in our order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
Note: Tracking information becomes available approximately 4 days after shipment.
After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, followed by a second email confirming that your order has been shipped.
Please monitor your tracking information carefully, as your parcel may be held at the post office even if you have not received a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Good to know: The post office holds your parcel for 15 days. After this period, it is returned to the sender. In such cases, a reshipping fee will be required to send your order again.
After placing your order, you have a 2-hour cancellation window via our contact form. Once this period has passed, refunds can only be processed after the complete return of the order to our facilities.
