Return Policy

Preamble:

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging.


Section 1 – Return Procedure:

We will provide you with further instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.


Section 2 – Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.


Section 3 – Order Processing & Shipping:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is between 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier. Delivery times may vary beyond our control.


Section 4 – Non-Refundable Items:

We cannot issue refunds for items that:

  • Are returned after the 30-day period

  • Show signs of use or damage

  • Are not returned in their original packaging
